DAVIS CONFERENCE CENTER

The Davis Conference Center is the premier location in the Department of Defense for organizations to host conferences, meetings and seminars, large or small.

The center is conveniently located just 7.8 miles from downtown Tampa and provides the comforts necessary for a successful event in a welcoming and relaxing environment. With over 31,000 square feet of premium meeting space, the DCC offers the latest in meeting room technology combined with a professional setting featuring renowned service and attention to detail. Whatever the event, we provide the space to meet, learn, innovate and motivate.

Professional Staff
We strive to meet and exceed our customers' needs and expectations. Our staff is extensively trained to deliver flawless meetings of every size. Each team member is committed to providing world-class customer service. We have on-site Audio Visual and Information Technology professionals to support your event. In addition, we have a skilled events manager and conference coordinator dedicated to making your event a complete success.

Convenient Accommodations & Amenities
We are proud to offer Starbucks coffee through our on-site kiosk. For our customer's convenience, there is an on-site Tech Center with telephones, printer, and copying, along with computer workstations with access to commercial internet service. The center also features video- and tele-conferencing services. We offer six Distinguished Visitor Suites for general officers and equivalents, each fully equipped with computers, commercial internet service, cable TV, and Secure Telephone Equipment (STE).

Versatile Meeting Rooms
The meeting rooms can accommodate both small and large groups with various room configurations. The rooms provide flexibility for a wide spectrum of events with breakout rooms available to support smaller work groups. In addition, we offer the following:
· High-lumens, high-resolution XGA and DLP projectors built into large conference rooms
· Built-in projection screens in meeting rooms
· Pro-Audio gear (wired/wireless mics, speakers, sound systems, DVD players, etc.)
· Two 85-inch confidence monitors in our largest meeting room
· Fully automated AV control room in large conference rooms
· Wired internet available in all conference rooms
· Complete audiovisual infrastructure to connect separate conference rooms together

The Auditorium is setup in an elevated classroom style and is the centerpiece of our facility. It is available for events up to the Secret level and equipped with single/dual screen projection, CD/DVD player, cable TV, wireless mics, table mics, conference phone-integrated in AV system, unclas laptop, and unclas internet connectivity (commercial or AFNet). The Auditorium seats up to 250.

The CORONA Room is the perfect setting for an executive-level conference. It is available for events up to the Top Secret level and is equipped with single/dual screen projection, CD/DVD player, cable TV, table mics, unclas laptop, unclas internet connectivity (commercial or AFNet), conference phone-integrated in AV system, and VTC capability up to Secret level. The CORONA Room seats up to 100.

The Tampa Room is an executive-style meeting room which accommodates up to 18 comfortably. It is available for events up to the Secret level. This room is equipped with LED TV for power point presentations, unclas laptop, unclas internet connectivity (commercial or AFNet), cable TV, and conference phone.

The MacDill Wing, SOCOM Wing, and CENTCOM Wing are three flexible meeting rooms which are available for events up to the Secret level. These rooms can accommodate up to 40 guests (classroom style). Each room is equipped with single screen projection, CD/DVD player, cable TV, unclas laptop, unclas internet connectivity (commercial or AFNet), and conference phone. The MacDill Wing can be divided into two smaller rooms; whereas, the SOCOM and CENTCOM Wings can be divided into three smaller rooms.

Our Grand Foyer and Terrace offer a relaxing environment which showcases Tampa Bay's natural surroundings, sparkling bay view, and the city's skyline. The Grand Foyer seats 62 on the lower and upper levels and is complemented with seating for 72 on the Terrace.
