The MacDill AFB - Army Retirement Services Office is located next the Base Commissary in the Military Retiree Activities Office. Those interested in retirement should contact the RSO to obtain information regarding retirement eligibility and processing prior to submitting retirement applications. Soldiers will be thoroughly briefed on benefits and entitlements prior to retirement. Additionally, retired personnel are encouraged to call or visit the RSO regarding any questions or problems they may encounter. Courteous and prompt assistance is provided for all visitors. Our office is handicap accessible.

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., except holidays. Walk-ins are seen from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Retiree Appreciation Day:
The Fort Stewart and MacDill AFB Army Retirement Services Office will host annual Retiree Appreciation Day events at various locations within the state of Florida. We encourage you to monitor this website or the Army Echoes for future event dates and locations.
Pre-Retirement and Survivor Benefit Plan Briefings:
Active Duty Personnel - Pre-Retirement and Survivor Benefit Plan briefings are mandatory and must be scheduled prior to retirement. Briefings will be held 2 times a month by appointment only.
Gray Area Retirees:
Briefings will be scheduled according to your retirement date upon receipt of your retirement letter from the U.S. Army Human Resources Command - St. Louis. Briefings can be done in person or by phone.
