Red Devils show support, honor Women's History Month

Bianca Santos, 50th Air Refueling Squadron boom operators and pilots, meet in front of a KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft at MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., for a pre-flight brief, Mar. 30, 2021. Five percent of U.S. Air Force pilots are female,which means the chances of all-female flights happening are extremely rare. This team met up with an all-female C-17 Globemaster III crew, from Joint Base Charleston, S.C. over the Carolinas to perform air refueling training while supporting and honoring Women’s History Month.
