April 30, 2007 Housing Privatization Housing Privatization is coming to MacDill with Clark Realty Capital who was announced as the developer in March 2007. Privatization addresses two significant problems concerning housing for military servicemembers and their families: 1. The poor condition of Department of Defense owned housing. 2.
