Space Available seats are often limited; therefore, passenger planning and flexibility is key to Space Available travel out of MacDill AFB.
For your convenience, the MacDill AFB Passenger Terminal maintains a 24-hour automated flight information hot-line, (813) 828-2310 or DSN 968-2310. In accordance with AMC Instructions, flights and available seats are announced 72-hours prior to scheduled departure. The automated flight information hot-line is updated daily. A flight schedule is also posted inside the passenger terminal and on this page.

After-hours space available roll call procedures at MacDill AFB passenger terminal:
This new procedure is effective immediately.
Passengers who desire Space Available travel on flights with Roll Call times between 4 p.m. and 7 a.m., Monday - Friday or anytime on weekends and holidays must inform the MacDill AFB Passenger Terminal of their intent to travel no later than 4 p.m. on the last duty day prior the flight.
To declare intent to travel, please call commercial (813) 828-2440 or DSN 968-2440. When you call please indicate the destination and date you wish to travel.
For those flights with no interested passengers prior to 4 p.m. on the last duty day before the flight, a Roll Call will not be held.
