Operating hours:
Monday - Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The clinic closes at 12 p.m. on the third Wednesday of every month for training.

The 6th Medical Group (including the pharmacy) is closed on all federal holidays and Air Mobility Command Family Days.

In the event of an emergency, dial 911 or go the nearest emergency room.

For Urgent Care after hours: Network urgent care providers

Military Crisis Line and suicide prevention hotline: 1-800-273-8255.

The Psychological Health, Traumatic Brain Injury Outreach Center:
(866) 966-1020 or resources@dcoeoutreach.org.

Patients are asked to contact their Primary Care Manager (PCM) within one duty day to report any care received at an emergency room.
