DAVIS CONFERENCE CENTER

Scheduling

  • Designed to host large, multi-day conferences for units at MAFB 
  • Operating hours are 0730-1630, Mon-Fri; closed on weekends 
  • Events can start as early as 0800 and must end NLT 1530 each day 
  • Priority 1-6 ARW/CC & CENTCOM/SOCOM/CCs | Bumping Rights 
  • Priority 2 (on base) can schedule 6 months in advance 

Prohibited Uses 

  • Meetings held to discuss or conduct unofficial or personal business 
  • Events held by Private Organization, Non-Federal Entities , etc. 
  • Commercial enterprises, Book Signings, Fundraisers/sales, events etc. 
  • Recruitment events, job & education fairs, tech shows, etc. 
  • Social events such as birthdays, anniversaries, receptions, or parties 

Meeting Rooms

  • Auditorium - 230 seats | Projection System | Secure VTC 
  • CORONA Room - 80 seats | Projection System | Virtual Collaboration 
  • CENTCOM Wing - 42 seats | Projection System | 1, 2, or 3 Rooms 
  • Tampa Room  - 13 seats | Projection System | Secure Teleconference 

Retirement Ceremonies

  • O-6s and above, GS-15s and above, CW5/CW05, and E-9s 
  • Ceremonies must be conducted/officiated by a general officer (GO) 
  • Priority 4, non-mission essential events; subject to bumping 
  • Scheduled up to 2 months | Fridays only | Auditorium only 
  • DCC is not setup for receptions (due to mission requirements) 

Additional Info 

  • On-site catering services offered through 2-Brews & Cafe Charle
  • Facility closed on holidays, family days, goal days, etc. 
  • DCC staff does not accept requests for reserved parking
