6th Contracting Squadron best of AMC

MACDILL AIR FORCE BASE, Fl. --  The Air Force Installation Contracting Agency announced the 2013 Air Mobility Command Contracting Annual Award winners. Of the 19 categories, the 6th Contracting Squadron garnished the following five:

Outstanding Contracting Unit - Large: 6th CONS, MacDill AFB

Outstanding Contracting Officer - FGO: Lt. Col. George Scheers, 6th CONS, MacDill AFB

Outstanding Contracting Civilian - GS-11 and Below: Mr. Ramon Jimenez, 6th CONS, MacDill AFB

Outstanding Contingency Contracting - Officer: 1st Lt. Jamie Brunette, 6th CONS, MacDill AFB

Professional Courage: Michael Terranova, 6th CONS, MacDill AFB

The 6th Cons and these exceptional individuals will now represent AMC as they compete against fellow Contracting Squadron members across all major commands for the top Air Force level awards.
