Guacara, the manatee, is greeted by locals after arriving in San Juan, Puerto Rico Dec 9, 2010, The Puerto Rico Air National Guard transported the manatee from MacDill Air Force Base in a C-130. Kenneth Ohlson, 6th Security Forces commander gaze upon the plaque dedicating the 6th SFS Headquarters Building at MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., to Lieutenant Helton, Dec. 3, 2010. Lieutenant Helton died Sept. 8, 2009 by an improvised Explosive Device, he was the first Security Forces officer killed in military operations since the Vietnam War.
