Senator visits MacDill
Col. Scott DeThomas, 6th Air Mobility Wing commander, and Bill Nelson, U.S. Senator for the state of Florida, talk to community and media members about MacDill Air Force base and it’s security July 12. Recently there have been several illegal attempts to enter the base and security forces along with Tampa Bay law enforcement agencies have been able to neutralize the attempts before any illegal access was granted.
