Tuskegee Airman inspires hundreds
Airmen line for the opportunity to take a photograph with retired Tech. Sgt. George Watson Sr., Tuskegee Airman, at MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., Feb. 13. 2013. Watson is 92 years old and served 26 years in military, he was a Tuskegee Airman, the first Army Air Corps program to teach African Americans to operate and maintain combat aircraft, something that had never been done before in the United States.
