Annual regatta
Members of Team MacDill build their boats for the Annual Regatta at MacDill Air Force Base Fla. Dec. 7, 2012. The teams were challenged with the task of building a boat with only duct tape and cardboard that would be capable of carrying a captain and a first mate 50 yards.
