Emergency Management Exercise
A “casualty” training mannequin thrown from a simulated helicopter crash lies on the ground during an Emergency Management Exercise Sept. 16, 2011 at Gadsden Park in Tampa, Fla. A helicopter was used to simulate an off base crash to ensure MacDill Air Force Base and local authorities are prepared to respond in the unlikely event of an aircraft accident.
