9/11 rememberance
Members of the CENTCOM and Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office honor guard place the first wreath on the steel beam during the 9/11 remembrance ceremony at the Joe Chillura Courthouse Square in Tampa, Fla., Sept. 9, 2011. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey donated a steel beam from one of the twin towers of the World Trade Center to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office in April of this year. HCSO Charities, Inc. states “The beam will be displayed at a memorial to honor all of those who lost their lives on 9-11 and to all of those who continue to this day to fight the good fight.” (US Air Force photo by Tech.
