Fallen Hero Arrives at MacDill
Mashalle Lembke, surviving wife of Army Spc. Eric N. Lembke, mourns the loss of her husband on his casket upon arrival to MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., Nov. 5, 2009. Spc. Lembke died of wounds suffered when his vehicle was struck by an improvised explosive device Oct. 23, 2009, in Afghanistan. Spc. Lemke was assigned to the 569th Mobility Augmentation Company, 4th Engineer Battalion, Fort Carson, Colo.
