6th Maintenance Group

Staff Sgt. Patrick Vitmvas, 6th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron crew chief, inspects a drouge attached to a KC 135 here Jan. 15. The drouge is used to refuel F-18s. The 6th Air Mobility Wing Maintenance Group participated in a Naval Composite Unit Training Exercise here from Jan. 10 until Jan. 18. 6th AMW flew eight missions in support of the COMPUTEX and offloaded 55,224 gallons of fuel to 109 receivers.
