MacDill Coalition International Night
Col. Sori Nestaha from Morocco, offers a sample of couscous, or in Morocco, kuskus to Chief Master Sgt. Derrick Crowley, 6th Air Mobility Wing command chief during Coalition International Night held here Dec. 16 in Hangar 1. This year’s event marks the 5th anniversary of the annual tradition that allows military members and families to become more familiar with various native cuisines, customs and dress of the 63 different countries represented in the U.S. Central Command Coalition Village. During this event many Coalition members and their families volunteered to cook some of their countries favorite or famous cuisines to share. The event ended with the United States Central Command commander, Gen. David Petraeus, giving a thank you speech to all those who came out.
