Fueling the Mission
Airman 1st Class Keith Emberton, a fuel specialist and distribution driver with the 6th Logistics Readiness Squadron, checks a fuel sample for particles at MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., Jan. 6, 2016. Fuel samples are taken and checked every day to ensure the filter system is working and the fuel stays clean and free of water. If water makes its way into the aircraft it can cause the engines to not start or shut off midflight. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Tori Schultz)
