WIsh granted for young, aspiring pilot
Mark Carnes, a 14-year-old who traveled from Virginia with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, after successfully instructing an aircraft in an air traffic control simulator at MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., Aug. 23, 2016.
