Pioneer of tactical airlift visits MacDill
Keith Cole, a WWII veteran, displays his French Legion of Honor after his tour of the flightline at MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., Jan. 18, 2017. In France, the Legion of Honor is the highest decoration that can be obtained, and Cole earned it by assisting in Operation Carpetbagger where he helped drop supplies to French resistance fighters.
