MacDill supports Swift Response 18

U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 6th Air Mobility Wing, MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., conduct a pre-flight briefing prior to a refueling mission in support of Exercise Swift Response 18, June 8, 2018 at Pease Air National Guard Base, N.H. The team was tasked with refueling a C-17 Globemaster III aircraft from the 437th Airlift Wing, Joint Base Charleston, S.C., en route to Europe as a part of the U.S. Army Europe-led exercise. Refuelers help build ‘air bridges’ across continents and oceans, enabling U.S. and Allied forces to reach any corner of the planet. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Adam R. Shanks)
