MacDill honors Tuskegee Airman as distinguished guest
                U.S. Army Air Forces Sgt. Thomas Newton, a Documented Original Tuskegee Airman, sits in the co-pilot seat of a KC-135 Stratotanker at MacDill Air Force Base Fla., Nov. 10, 2020. Newton, who served the 99th Fighter Squadron as a supply clerk following World War II, received tours of a KC-135 Stratotanker static display, tested the KC-135 flight simulator, the Logistics Readiness Squadron facilities, shared his story with service members at the Davis Conference Center and shared a lunch with the group commanders and chiefs.
