Fini-flight
Family members spray water on U.S. Air Force Col. Benjamin Robins, 6th Air Refueling Wing vice commander, after completing his KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft fini-flight at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, June 22, 2021. The fini-flight is a time-honored aviation tradition marking the end of Robins’ flying status. Dating back to World War II, aircrew members have celebrated their last flights in similar fashion. Over the years, it has become an Air Force tradition for flyers. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Scott Warner)
