MacDill displays readiness with aircraft arresting system
An F-16C Fighting Falcon from the 482nd Fighter Wing, Homestead Air Reserve Base, Florida, taxis past Airmen from the 6th Civil Engineer Squadron at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida (AFB), April 22, 2022. The aircraft tested the Bak-12 aircraft arresting system during its annual certification. Due to its geographical location, the Bak-12 is a necessary asset on the flightline as MacDill AFB is a critical air mobility hub. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Hiram Martinez)
