CAP cadets experience flight on KC-135
Florida Civil Air Patrol cadets depart from a KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft assigned to the 6th Air Refueling Wing at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, Aug. 2, 2022. Several CAP cadets flew on the KC-135 to get a first-hand look at how pilots and aircrew operate aircraft. The CAP cadet program aims to develop youth into dynamic Americans and aerospace leaders through a curriculum that focuses on leadership, aerospace, fitness and character.
