CAP cadets experience flight on KC-135
U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Jarren Sheppard, 50th Air Refueling Squadron boom operator, teaches Florida Civil Air Patrol cadets about aerial refueling on a flight over Florida, Aug. 2, 2022. Several cadets flew on a KC-135 to get a first-hand look at how pilots and aircrew operate aircraft. The CAP cadet program aims to develop youth into dynamic Americans and aerospace leaders through a curriculum that focuses on leadership, aerospace, fitness and character.
