Red Horse aids MacDill in recovery efforts
Sinead Borchert, a U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services biologist, checks the status of an abandoned nest at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, October 14, 2024. The large pine tree containing the nest was toppled by Hurricane Milton. Hurricane Milton brought strong winds and heavy rain to the installation, which downed trees and flooded some low-lying areas.
