MacDill AFB recognizes four aircrew during Distinguished Flying Cross ceremony
U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Alex Fiscus, boom operator assigned to the 50th Air Refueling Squadron, reflects on his accomplishment following a Distinguished Flying Cross ceremony at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, Jan. 23, 2025. The aircrew obeyed an order to change their flight path and flew the KC-135 tanker towards an escalated situation on the ground.
