Operation Blue Horizon 2025: evacuation flight simulates critical medical response
U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 167th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, perform in-flight medical care to simulated patients onto a C-130J Super Hercules aircraft assigned to the 130th Airlift Squadron West Virginia Air National Guard during an Operation Blue Horizon evacuation flight over Florida, Feb. 27, 2025. The 130th Airlift Squadron provided critical airlift support during OBH, a readiness exercise focused on enhancing the capabilities of medical personnel by ensuring rapid movement of personnel and equipment to advance mission objectives.
