To raise awareness and promote prevention, the Civilian Health Promotion Services program has launched its quarterly campaign, “Check It to Protect It.” The campaign encourages participants to take charge of their health by understanding the causes of high blood pressure and adopting simple, sustainable lifestyle habits that support long-term wellness.
