Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force Kaleth O. Wright described resiliency as “the ability to recover from, or adjust easily, to misfortune or change.” MacDill based its second annual Leaders Inspiring for Tomorrow (LIFTx) seminar around resiliency to continue growing this skill in its Airmen.
