Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – The Air Force Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a support resource available to all Air Force civilian employees, 24/7, 365 days per year. By calling 1-800-222-0364, employees and their family members will be connected to a licensed, credentialed counselor who can assist with mental health, financial, or legal support, as well as provide information and resources for day-to-day challenges like elder care, childcare, home repair and more. In the event of a furlough, this resource remains 100% available, 100% of the time.

The School Age Program (SAP) offers before/after school child care and all day care during summer for children ages 5-12 years. Members ages 9-17 can use the Open Recreation Program to engage in a variety of activities of their choosing. Youth Programs is DoD certified and nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA). We also offer Youth Sports for ages 5-15.

Walk-in notaries and Powers of Attorney every day from 0900 – 1500 except on Thursdays from 0900 – 1200. Legal Assistance is by appointment only, every Tuesday and Wednesday. Drafting of Last Will and Testaments and medical directives are by appointment only on Thursdays (clients must call on Monday morning of the same week beginning at 0900 to schedule a will appointment for that week). Appointments are only made one week at a time. Powers of Attorney, Last Will and Testaments, and medical directive documents can be filled out prior to coming to the legal office at https://aflegalassistance.law.af.mil/apps/aflass_public/bin/main.php  You must have a will ticket number from the website in order to call and schedule a will appointment. Powers of Attorney do not require a ticket number prior to walking into the legal office, however, having a ticket number in advance will save time for members.

Licensed attorneys offer confidential legal assistance consultation to active duty, dependents of active duty, retired military members, dependents of retirees, Reserve/Guard troops on active duty orders and their dependents. 6 AMW/JA attorneys assist members with self-representation; research applicable state laws; and provide advice on marriage, dissolution of marriage or divorce, child support, child custody, property distribution, landlord-tenant, and other related civil law matters.

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC/Adult)


MFLCs provide free confidential, short-term solution-focused non-medical and non-documented counseling to military members and immediate family members. MFLCs are licensed providers who can address relationships, stress, communication, adjustment, deployment, parenting, grief, loss, etc.  MFLCs must report instances or eminent risk of abuse, self-harm, and UCMJ infractions.

 

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

New Parent Support Program (NPSP)


A free, voluntary program that offers parenting education and support to military parents and caregivers of infants and toddlers. Services include home visits, referrals, classes, and playgroups to help families thrive and balance military life. The target audience is expectant parents and parents of children birth-3 years.

School Liaison Program Manager (SLPM)


SLPM advises base leaders on all PreK-12 challenges, including special education, state-level representation, and local partnerships. They advocate to obtain resources/services for military-connected students, educators, and command teams. They assist families with transition, deployment support, college, career & military readiness support, grant and scholarship resources, MIC3 compliance, and local school navigation. 

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Child Development Center (CDC)


This installation has two CDCs. Both CDCs offer weekly and hourly (pending availability) childcare for children ages 6 weeks – 5 years.  The CDCs support the development of the whole child, teaching through active, hands-on exploration of their environment, respecting each child’s unique interest, experience, abilities and needs while providing a safe, nurturing environment in which to learn. Exceptional Family Member Program-Family Support (EFMP-FS)


EFMP-FS, located within the M&FRC, provides special needs services to all DOD ID cardholders. Services include family needs assessments, respite care, classes, programs/events, and referrals to on-and-off base community programs/services. EFMP-FS works assists families with community integration and offers services that promote successful living within the military.

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH)


PCBH is a team-based approach that integrates behavioral health services into primary care. It involves licensed behavioral health professionals, addressing not only behavioral health and substance use disorders, but also behavioral factors that affect overall health conditions. Care can be coordinated through your PCM or by a self-referral through the appointment line.
