The MacDill Legal Office provides legal assistance to eligible clients every Tuesday and Wednesday. Morning and afternoon appointments are available to
meet with an attorney to discuss your personal civil law issues. Please note, the highest priority is given to personnel who need mobilization or deployment-related legal assistance.
Will Appointments: The MacDill Legal Office prepares Last Will and Testaments by appointment only on Thursday mornings. Please log on to our
legal assistance website at https://aflegalassistance.law.af.mil and create a will worksheet prior to scheduling an appointment. After filling out your
will worksheet the website will produce a ticket number, you must have your ticket number available when you call to book an appointment. All married
couples must have separate ticket numbers since we do not produce joint wills.
Will appointments and legal assistance appointments for the current week are scheduled every Monday morning. Due to a high volume of clients, it is
recommended you call early, beginning at 0900. Appointments for legal assistance or preparation of a Will can be made by calling (813) 828-4421.
Clients who need a Power of Attorney or need to have a document notarized can obtain those services on a walk-in basis during normal operating hours.
The MacDill Legal Office also provides assistance to claimants who use the centralized Air Force Claims Service Center (AFCSC) procedures for filing
and processing household goods claims following permanent change of station moves. The AFCSC is available 24 hours a day at (937) 656-8044.

The mission of the 6th Air Mobility Wing Public Affairs office is to expand awareness of and build support for the world's most respected aerospace force. This is accomplished by following the public affairs core values - provide trusted counsel to leaders, build, maintain and strengthen airman morale and readiness, enhance public trust and support and achieve global influence and deterrence.

The 6th Air Mobility Wing Plans Office develops the operational and logistical plans necessary for the execution of the wing's worldwide mobility operations including air refueling and airlift requirements for all assigned aircraft and personnel. We support the wing's global contingency and conventional operations to include the Single Integrated Operational Plan, Aerospace Expeditionary Force, and Aerospace Expeditionary Wing taskings. We manage the base level Logistics Module system, staff the Installation Deployment Officer office, monitor all deployment processes, and are the executive agent for the wing Crisis Action Team. Wing plans administers the War Reserve Materiel program and is responsible for managing all wing support agreements, supporting on and off base agencies.
