The 6th Operations Support Squadron airfield operations flight received recognition during the 2015 Unit Effectiveness Inspection as one of MacDill Air Force Base, Fla. outstanding teams. Airfield operations is made up of three sections to include airfield management, air traffic control, and air traffic control and landing systems.
