Aircrew assigned to the 91st Air Refueling Squadron conduct a preflight brief before a ceremonial mission at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, Aug. 20, 2026. The crew prepared to honor retired U.S. Air Force Col. Jesse C. Bush Jr. during his interment ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery, Virginia. Bush, a World War II veteran and the last living survivor of the Berlin Airlift, served in the U.S. Air Force for more than 31 years. The mission honored his life, service and lasting legacy.
