FAP strengthens families and enhances resiliency by helping new parents, supporting victims of domestic violence, and assisting family members.  The New Parent Support Program helps expecting parents with children up to three years of age. While, maltreatment services triage, assess, and manage referrals for child and adult intimate partner maltreatment.

EAP supports DAF (APF, NAF, Space Force, ANG) employees and Army civilians on AF-led Joint Bases and their respective household members. Services are free, confidential, 24/7 online, in-person, by phone or virtual. Services include non-medical counseling (up to 6 sessions per topic), legal consultation, worklife, education kits, elder care, supervisor resources, physical/mental wellness, webinars and more.

Family Child Care (FCC)


FCC offers childcare to children and youth from 2 weeks to 12 years of age. Care is provided in homes located on or off the installation that has been certified by the MSG Commander. The FCC has the ability to tailor care to fit every schedule, deployment, or special need. Additional information regarding FCC can be found on the DAF Child and Youth website or by contacting the local FCC office at this installation.

The School Age Program offers before/after school child care and a Summer Camp for children ages 5-12 years. Members ages 9-17 can use the Open Recreation Program to engage in a variety of activities of their choosing.  For additional details, contact the installation Youth Center.

 

 

Judge Advocate (JA/Legal Office)

Walk-in notaries and Powers of Attorney every day from 0900 – 1500 except on Thursdays from 0900 – 1200. Legal Assistance is by appointment only, every Tuesday and Wednesday. Drafting of Last Will and Testaments and medical directives are by appointment only on Thursdays (clients must call on Monday morning of the same week beginning at 0900 to schedule a will appointment for that week). Appointments are only made one week at a time. Powers of Attorney, Last Will and Testaments, and medical directive documents can be filled out prior to coming to the legal office at https://aflegalassistance.law.af.mil/apps/aflass_public/bin/main.php  You must have a will ticket number from the website in order to call and schedule a will appointment. Powers of Attorney do not require a ticket number prior to walking into the legal office, however, having a ticket number in advance will save time for members.

Licensed attorneys offer confidential consultation to active duty, dependents of active duty, retirees, dependents of retirees, and Reserve/Guard members on orders. Topics of support include wills, powers of attorney, estate planning, claims, Victim-Witness Assistance Program, military justice, Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, family law, immigration, taxation, etc.

MFLCs provide free confidential, short-term solution-focused non-medical and non-documented counseling to military members and immediate family members. MFLCs are licensed providers who can address relationships, stress, communication, adjustment, deployment, parenting, grief, loss, etc. MFLCs must report instances or eminent risk of abuse, self-harm, and UCMJ infractions.

A free, voluntary program that offers parenting education and support to military parents and caregivers of infants and toddlers. SLPM advises base leaders on all PreK-12 challenges, including special education, state-level representation, and local partnerships. They advocate to obtain resources/services for military-connected students, educators, and command teams. Child Development Center (CDC)

This installation has two CDCs. Both CDCs offer weekly and hourly (pending availability) childcare for children ages 6 weeks – 5 years.  The CDCs support the development of the whole child, teaching through active, hands-on exploration of their environment, respecting each child’s unique interest, experience, abilities and needs while providing a safe, nurturing environment in which to learn. EFMP-FS, located within the M&FRC, provides special needs services to all DOD ID cardholders. Services include family needs assessments, respite care, classes, programs/events, and referrals to on-and-off base community programs/services. PCBH is a team-based approach that integrates behavioral health services into primary care. It involves licensed behavioral health professionals, addressing not only behavioral health and substance use disorders, but also behavioral factors that affect overall health conditions.
