91st ARS awarded Spaatz Trophy; first in three decades

The 91st Air Refueling Squadron at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, was awarded the Gen. Carl A. Spaatz Trophy for distinguishing itself through exceptionally meritorious service from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2016.
